Chicken thighs with baked potatoes

I have to admit I love chicken thighs and chicken is my favorite food among all. The recipe I’m going to write is about chicken thighs with no oil (perfect if you are on a weight loss diet).

Ingredients:

  • 6 big chicken thighs or more (it depends on how big your family is)
  • 4 large potatos
  • 3 cubes of Knorr (for it taste)
  • (don’t forget, we have Knorr coupons on our website)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tarragon
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Basil
  • Thyme

Recipe:

Put your potatoes in a pan or bowl of yenna. Before that cut them in slices and wash them properly.
Sprinkle salt over the potatoes, tarragon, paprika and spices.
Put the potatoes together with the chicken thighs and sprinkle over them salt, cayenne pepper, pepper.
The most important step to making this perfect is putting a soup of Knorr (those 3 cubes) dissolved in over 600 ml of hot water. It’s easy – put those 3 Knorr cubes in a bowl with 600+ ml of hot water, spin a little and then put after the potatoes and chicken. Easy as that, but the result is amazing.

The second most important step in this recipe is covering everything with aluminium foil and then put it in the hot oven. You might ask yourself – how much time do I keep them inside the oven? When they are ready? It takes about 30-45 minutes.

When everything is ready get rid of the aluminium foil and let them in the oven to get a little color (you know what I mean).

In the end you can serve it with a glass of wine with your family.
